Account Deletion Policy



Permanently delete your MS Card account:

Our commitment to your privacy includes providing you with the ability to delete your account and associated data. This policy outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your account on our app, available on the Google Play Store.

  • Data Retention - Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons, even after account deletion. This includes but is not limited to, records of transactions or interactions with our service.

To permanently delete your account:

1. Tap More in the bottom right corner, then

2. Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete Account at bottom.

3. To confirm your choice, tap Yes on the alert pop up box.


Note: After submitting a request to delete your account, it will take approximately 2 days for the deletion process to be completed. During this period, your account and all associated information will be permanently removed, and it will not be possible to recover any of your data. Throughout these 2 days, the content remains subject to MS Card's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and it will not be accessible to other users on the platform.

Please note that the deletion process may take up to 15 days to be fully finalized from the moment it is initiated. Even after this timeframe, there is a possibility that copies of your content may still exist in our backup storage, which is used for disaster recovery, software errors, or other data loss incidents. Additionally, we may retain your information for purposes such as legal obligations, addressing terms violations, or ensuring the safety and security of our platform.
